Description
Bringing the taste of Hanoi to the heart of Leeds, the Viet Baker serves up Vietnamese delicacies in an authentic setting. Dishes include Bánh Mí, a traditional meat or vegetable baguette from the colonial era, Phở simmered overnight with bones and marrow from the owners’ family recipes and Bún Chả, a warm BBQ meat rice salad.
To wash it all down, guests are invited to try green tea straight from Hanoi, or Vietnamese coffee otherwise known as Trung Nguyen, served drip-style with condensed milk. There’s also a selection of meal deals on offer for those seeking a quick-fix during their lunch break.
