CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (HIRING NOW: SEPTEMBER 2021)
We’re looking for new team members to join the customer care function for our ticketing software Tonic and gift voucher software Soda. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and providing technical and account management support to a large customer base.
Are you someone who excels in building and maintaining close relationships with customers and is comfortable working autonomously? A pro-active attitude, accuracy and excellent communication skills are key as you’ll be required to use your expert knowledge to advise customers on how to proficiently use the software and think outside the box to solve customer issues.

DesignMyNight is looking to recruit an experienced Social Media Manager to take over all social media accounts and to drive our strategy across the UK and Ireland, which means looking after a whopping 22 cities. We need someone who lives and breathes all things social and who has a real passion for not only social media but the hospitality industry too. We want someone who is creative and who can think outside the box to help grow and engage our audiences through advertising strategy, excellent copywriting, and new campaign ideas. We’re looking for someone who has experience in successfully managing ad campaigns geared towards ROI and who has a track record of hitting numbers. We’re all about working as part of a team at DesignMyNight so you must be a team player, be highly organised and have a positive, can-do attitude.
