SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (HIRING NOW: JULY 2021)
DesignMyNight is looking to recruit an experienced Social Media Manager to take over all social media accounts and to drive our strategy across the UK and Ireland, which means looking after a whopping 22 cities. We need someone who lives and breathes all things social and who has a real passion for not only social media but the hospitality industry too. We want someone who is creative and who can think outside the box to help grow and engage our audiences through advertising strategy, excellent copywriting, and new campaign ideas. We’re looking for someone who has experience in successfully managing ad campaigns geared towards ROI and who has a track record of hitting numbers. We’re all about working as part of a team at DesignMyNight so you must be a team player, be highly organised and have a positive, can-do attitude.

We're looking for a confident, friendly and tech-savvy customer service executive to help manage a busy B2C help-desk at one of the UK's most exciting bar, restaurant and experience websites. From handling general queries and identifying customer issues to being proactive in resolving escalations, both positive and negative, you know how to navigate the support environment well. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Teams (across our B2B products Collins and Tonic & Soda) and possess excellent trouble-shooting and communication skills.
