Description

If you're looking for a taste of The Hebrides, this Great Western Road restaurant is doing one better. A celebration of highland and island cuisine, this spot from concept chef extraordinaire Nico Simeone has created a menu that speaks to the values of the Hebrides by using locally sourced and simply cooked dishes. Plates will include everything from MacLeod Stornoway Black Pudding and Uig Lodge smoked salmon, while the interiors get a dapper injection of Harris tweed.

The 60-cover gastropub is also paying homage to its local area. Sitting just a short way from the 'teuchter triangle', The Hebridean is perfectly situated at the heart of Gaelic Glasgow, making it an excellent spot for locals and visitors alike.
