Description
The team behind Vodka Wodka have opened a space directly above the fun-time Ashton Lane bar. Dixie Chick is an informal and relaxed chicken restaurant that serves all sorts of fried goodies.
From glazed wings and halloumi strips through to loaded fries topped with the likes of maple chipotle and bacon bites, the menu is full of American-inspired dishes. There is also a selection of burgers that comes with extras such as blue 'murder' cheese, beetroot slaw, and chorizo. The interiors have been designed by the same folks behind Bread Meats Bread, while the brand is by the people responsible for Hillhead Bookclub.
