Hidden within the West End of Glasgow is The Bothy, a classic Scottish escape. Known for its delicious food created with passion and local ingredients, The Bothy offers an experience of fine dining within its beautiful surroundings.
The traditional menus offer a variety of Scottish favourites, created with the season in mind and making use of local produce and suppliers. The lunch and dinner menu are ever changing, making sure new dishes are fresh and unique whilst keeping that classic Scottish taste. Chefs at The Bothy are proud to serve daily specials created with some of the best ingredients. The drinks menu is home to an extensive list of distilled drinks fresh from the Highlands, accompanied by whiskey flights carefully curated to complement each other. A selection of classic cocktails and wines are also available to accompany the dishes available at The Bothy.
"The Scullery" at The Bothy is a private event space that can host up to 24 people for those special occasions. The intimate room with rustic décor offers a space perfect for a celebration, alongside delicious catering, a drinks menu that has options for all guests and AV equipment that can be used to make the event unique.
The Bothy Garden is also available for light bite and a cold refreshing drink, perfect after a long day at work or just to soak up the good weather.

Discover our little secret garden terrace, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Byres Road. It’s a proper little suntrap, perfect for sipping on Scottish Gin Perfect Served or getting tucked into a bottle of Prosecco and some nibbles. If the temperature does dip a little as the evening goes on, never fear, we have a collection of soft and cosy blankets and cushions to ensure you stay comfy.
