Sticks'n'Sushi Glasgow

Founded in Copenhagen in 1994 by half-Danish, half-Japanese brothers Jens and Kim Rahbek alongside Thor Andersen, Sticks’n’Sushi has grown into one of Europe’s most recognisable restaurant groups. A key USP is its unique fusion of Japanese culinary traditions and Nordic influences, with menus featuring everything from premium nigiri and maki rolls to grilled black cod, beef tataki and skewered meats cooked over the grill. Chef-founder Jens Rahbek trained and worked in Japan for several years as a yakitori chef, helping shape the concept that still defines the brand today.
