Celentano’s, nestled within the historic Cathedral House near Glasgow Cathedral, is a modern Italian-inspired restaurant that blends rustic charm with contemporary elegance. Founded by chef Dean Parker and his wife Anna, Celentano’s is rooted in their shared love of Italian food and sustainable cooking. Dean, formerly of London’s The Dairy, brings a nose-to-tail, low-waste approach to the kitchen, using fermentation, preserving, and close relationships with local suppliers to craft seasonal, produce-led dishes.

The restaurant has earned significant acclaim, including a Bib Gourmand from the MICHELIN Guide, a spot in SquareMeal’s Top 100, and the title of Restaurant Newcomer of the Year at the Scottish Excellence Awards 2024.
