Skinny's is a new bar in Glasgow's West End, peddling two of our favourite things, burgers, and cocktails. The slick American style bar and restaurant has simple diner design, leather seating, cool branding, and quirky signage - one made from Lego is particularly neat! Continuing Glasgow's ever-growing burger scene, the new West End bar will deliver a selection of nine crafted burgers, among the highlights on the menu are Green Chilli Cheese, and Buffalo Chicken burgers. Other tasty enticements on the menu include a Wings 'n' Tings section as well as a collection of rather delicious sounding sides, fries and sundaes. A proper diner breakfast menu at weekends, means this might be our new hangover hangout. At the bar, an array of cocktails delivers well executed classics (their White Russian comes with a flaming marshmallow) while there's also a small selection of beers and wine. Great drinks promos throughout the week are set to lure in those looking for some frugal feasting. 

As Glasgow's casual dining scene continues to grow, Skinny's is set to be a slick new addition, popular with students, young professionals, the hungover and the hungry.
