Discover The Alchemist Glasgow, located in the heart of George Square, where theatrical cocktails, all-day dining and unforgettable experiences come together.
Expect expertly crafted cocktails that push the boundaries of mixology, from the bubbling Bubble Bath to the interactive Pick Your Poison sharer, served in an assassin's teapot. Pair the spectacle with an all-day menu of signature dishes, sharing plates and lighter bites, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available.
Joining us at the weekend? Experience our reinvented Alchemist Bottomless Brunch. Choose First Light for £35 until 12:45pm, or Until Dusk for £39.50. Add +1 cocktail and a Cosmic Oyster shot for just £10 extra. Our Until Dusk package also includes our newest cocktail creations, including the Twister, Frozen Cherry Vanilla Margarita, and the return of the much-loved Flower Power.
As the sun sets, keep the celebrations going with After Dark. Join us Thursday to Saturday from 10pm, pre-order your drinks package when you book, and enjoy table service as the venue comes alive into the evening.
