Description
Named after the popular Mexican spirit, Mezcal is a lively taqueria and bar. Located within a former insurance brokers in the city centre, the cantina is set to open in the coming autumn and will specialise in tacos, alongside a range of other classic Mexican-style food and drinks.
The 40-cover venue is the newest member of the Rotunda Group - the brains behind fellow Glaswegian restaurants Halloumi, Pickled Ginger, Rioja and La Rotunda - and'll add to the company's already diverse repertoire of international cuisines. As well as being a top taqueria, Mezcal will also become a fun fiesta spot from Thursday to Saturday, hosting a variety of live DJ sets.
