Our second night this year at Hockley Woods is a classic fantasy movie from Steven Spielberg. The Goonies is a great fun adventure full of comedy and action. Bring a chair or picnic blanket and watch a movie in this beautiful setting with family and friends.
There are a limited number of tickets available so book them while you can. We'll have a pre-film singer, a bit of karaoke, food, soft and alcoholic drinks available for purchase. Book your tickets for this magical adventure with friends and family now.
Gates open at 7:15pm (not before). Live pre-film entertainment from 8:15pm. Then enjoy a laugh with some ‘Outdoor Karaoke’ whilst we wait for the sun to go down, enough for us to start the film – approximately 9:15pm. Then settle down to enjoy the adventure on the big screen with HD projectors and awesome sound!
Parking will be in the car park next to the Bull Pub and entry will be via the gates at the top of the car park.
The Goonies - When two brothers find out they might lose their house they are desperate to find a way to keep their home. They find a treasure map and bring some friends along to find it. They are all out looking for the "X" and trying to get away from a group of bad guys who also want the treasure.
Note: NO GLASS will be permitted at this event (this includes glass bottles).
Film Certificate: 12. In accordance with the law, under 12’s will not be admitted.
Alcohol sales - We will be practising the Challenge25 policy, if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 then please be prepared to show ID to prove that you are over 18.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. For age restricted films such as 12, 15 or 18, in accordance with the law, no person under the specified age will be admitted. Please do not purchase tickets for any person under the required age as entry will be refused without refund.
13. If the film certificate is 18 then we will be practising the Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25,please be prepared to show ID to prove that you are over 18.
14. In all cases and where the film is age-appropriate, under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
