The Oakleigh is a multi-purpose venue open seven days a week, built for drinking, celebrating and late nights. With a south-facing garden and the only late licence until 2am with a dancefloor in the area, it’s a go-to destination from day through to night.

These options are based on a Friday and Saturday evenings 2025!
We are a functioning Bar Restaurant late night bar that operates as an over 21s policy with DJs and the only venue in leigh n Sea with a Dancefloor.
Option 1 - if you would like an area with a private bar we would require £500 in advance of a £1000 minimum spend. The £500 can be redeemable against any drinks and food purchased/ordered on the day or drinks package arranged beforehand. Our 2025 buffet menu start from £15.95per head and is available to be passed on request. This option is only for the Chapel bar area and holds from 30-80 guests.
Option 2 - We can add you as a booking through our online system and then send an authentication request to confirm your booking. This is a £10pp card authentication online, no money is taken unless you cancel 48 hours in advance or a complete no show without notice in writing. No area is guaranteed till near the day and guest can use the main bar as they suit. This is ideal for 6-30 guests. The Options can vary if booking just an afternoon for that special occasion.
Other things to think about - we have our own Photobooth which can be hire exclusively for 1-hour increments from £75 per hour (option 1 only). Decorations for the areas and celebrations cake we can also assist with upon request. Bespoke drink packages can be designed to suit any budget. Airbnb – We have our very own on site 3 bed accommodation sleeps 6 please ask for more details ideal for family or friends coming from afar join in your celebration. If you require to pre order any food or drinks for your arrival this can be organised at least 14days before. Should you require to pop down to discuss further and look at the venue/ areas I will be happy to do so by appointment. |
