Sitting across the road from the iconic King's Theatre, Trenchtown is a lively Caribbean restaurant and bar that follows the simple mantra of 'Go Jerk or Go Home'. Serving traditional dishes from across the Caribbean islands, the team use authentic recipes and cooking techniques that have been passed down the generations to give Edinburgh's crowds a small taste of what life is like across the Atlantic. 

Guests can tuck into dishes like barbecued jerk chicken, garlic and chilli king prawns, fiery rice and peas, and the venue's popular Kingston King burger. To support each dish, the team also serve a selection of rum-based cocktails and ice-cold beers.
