Nok's Kitchen opened in Stockbridge in 2016, founded by chef-owner Nok and her team. You'll find this gorgeous space inside a 17th-centrutry townhouse, contrasting with its modern decor and menu. She's since opened a second location by Edinburgh Castle, after the success and popularity of her first venue.
This cosy restaurant fronts simple, minimalistic interiors and a diverse menu that showcases the best of Thai cuisine. They use only the freshest ingredients in their dishes, whether you're dining from their a la carte menu or one of the set offerings.
