1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

    If I had my way I would give this no stars Booked a pizza class x 2 in December paid the money for a class in January a week before the class I got a email the class was cancelled due to labour after trying to sort another date out we finally booked for this Friday 20th and could not believe it I received an email today the 18th to cancel the class what a joke this one was due to sickness how do you think you can run a class like this you should be ashamed of yourselves if you don’t have enough staff don’t book the classes.

    We are incredibly sorry that this has happened, and we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must feel. Both cancellations were due to circumstances entirely out of our control, and unfortunately just an awful coincidence. This is absolutely not the way we usually operate — we very rarely cancel classes and always strive to deliver the experience our customers expect. The first cancellation due to labour constraints and the second due to sudden sickness left us in a position where we simply couldn’t run the class safely or to the standard we hold ourselves to, and for that we are truly sorry. We genuinely hate letting our customers down, especially more than once, and we completely appreciate why this has caused such frustration. We have dropped you an emailed directly, hopefully restoring your faith back in us. Again, our sincere apologies — this is not the experience we want anyone to have.

    We booked this for my best friend's hen party and it did not disappoint - it was so much fun, loads of food and Alessandro was such an amazing chef - he really knew his stuff! He made a competetion between us hens as well which added to the fun! Amazing value and so cool that you are in a private kitchen making the pizzas.
