Renowned for its innovative flavour combinations, Sushisamba is a stunning restaurant that fuses Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines together to create unique dishes. 

With two sites already in England, this newest venture is the brand's third venue in the UK and it's first outside of London. The kitchen is sure to keep you on your toes, featuring unusual plates such as pork belly and butterscotch miso skewers, tuna belly rolls with pickled wasabi and steak gyozas on their menu. Drinks are just as quirky, with sips including tangerine spritzes and saké-laced martinis to quench your thirst.

Located on the top of W Edinburgh, the two-storey eatery has an expansive dining room, bar and lounge, as well as a chef's table and outdoor terrace seating for the summer months.
