In the heart of the city centre of Edinburgh is one of the most famous hotels, The Scotsman. With previous use as a publishing house the character of the building has been maintained with slight odes to its former use. The food menu serves a sharing charcuterie platter perfect for a light bite whilst enjoying some cocktails, it also notes a selection of sandwiches, a delicious array of main courses and delectable desserts perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
