Brasserie Prince

Description

Brasserie Prince delivers classic French cooking with the finest Scottish produce in Edinburgh.

Set in the Balmoral Hotel, this £3million venture comes from the Roux culinary dynasty. The restaurant and bar serves 210 covers, with the all-day eatery catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, if you're looking for something a little lighter, they also offer sharing plates and seafood from the Raw Bar.

The food menu is strictly French, but it’s both inspired and supplied by Scotland. You’ll find dishes like Armoricaine monkfish with Camargue wild rice, as well as grilled lobster thermidor with sugar snap peas. For the sharing plates, you can expect everything from artisan cheese boards to charcuterie with pickled vegetables.
