Chef Paul Tamburrini has taken the ultimate culinary leap by opening Bistro Deluxe in the prestigious Macdonald Holyrood Hotel. Having worked with some of the biggest chefs in Britain's restaurant industry, he's hoping to stun Edinburgh's diners with a menu that blurs the line between British and French cuisine. 

The restaurant caters for 80 people at a time and sits in the shadows of the iconic Scottish Parliament building. Fitting into the Macdonald Hotel style, it'll be elegantly decorated with sleek furniture and luxurious colour tones. The menu itself will feature traditional French recipes that have all been created using fresh Scottish ingredients and cuts of meat. This restaurant will constantly look to push boundaries with its flavours and has set its sights on the top of Edinburgh's culinary ladder.
