The only Beer Palace in Scotland, Brewhemia houses 12 copper tanks filled with award-winning beers. Unpasteurised and unfiltered; it's just as good as taking it straight from the proving tank in the brewery.
Directly across from Edinburgh Waverley, the front of the bar is a raucous display of florals, copper, brass and vibrant colours in one of Edinburgh's most iconic buildings. With décor inspired by the life journey of Rabbie Stewart, their 5 decadent rooms encompass a Scottish tap house, Italian caffe bar, Parisienne cocktail den, Alpine Apres Ski Hutt, and a Bavarian & Czech Beer Palace. Copper chandeliers, floral displays, beer hall tables and intimate booths set the scene at Edinburgh's largest bar and restaurant.
Brewhemia is founded on fantastic Alpine/Scottish food freshly made by their passionate kitchen team, incredible beer from the Czech Republic, rotational beer from the best local brewers they can find, plus immersive live music and cabaret. Don't be surprised to find a brass band, choir, drag queen or cabaret dancer gracing the stage (or the table top) on your visit. They love a party as much as they love a good meal and a good drink.
