Home to Paolozzi Lager, The Edinburgh Beer Factory is a family run brewery that is aiming to restore Edinburgh as one of the brewing capitals of the world. Created with a passion for lager and Scottish ingredients in mind, the brewery invites guests to come to discover the story of a great Scot, the ‘Godfather of Pop Art’, Eduardo Paolozzi, on a tour that explores the artist and how he came to be the muse to their brewing.

That's not all though as The Edinburgh Beer Factory tours will take you through every step of their lager-making processes, from the blank canvas to full-blown masterpieces. There will even be the chance to taste raw ingredients and the unfiltered brew, with an open question policy so nothing is off limits when it comes to finding out more about beer.
