Owned and operated by English-Italian duo Alex and Rachel Palumbo, Hey Palu is the product of years of global hospitality experience and a shared vision for a dream bar. Alex, originally from the Amalfi Coast, brings deep bartending expertise, while Rachel’s background in hospitality and business management shapes the bar’s operations.

Their passion has earned Hey Palu numerous accolades, including Best Cocktail Bar at the 2023 Scottish Bar & Pub Awards, a Class Bar Magazine regional award, and a spot on the World’s 50 Best Discovery list.
