Step into The Alchemist's first Scottish venue, located on the fourth floor of Edinburgh's St James Quarter. Just moments from Edinburgh Castle, guests begin their journey through an immersive lobby and elevator experience before arriving in our dark world of theatre served.
Inside, discover spectacular cocktails, all-day dining and striking black and gold interiors. Our renowned cocktail menu is packed with theatrical creations, including the iconic Cherry Poppins, while the food menu offers globally inspired dishes, indulgent desserts and plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.
Joining us at the weekend? Experience our reinvented Alchemist Brunch. Choose First Light for £35 until 12:45pm, or Until Dusk for £39.50. Add +1 cocktail and a Cosmic Oyster shot for just £10 extra. Our Until Dusk package also includes our newest cocktail creations, including the Twister, Frozen Cherry Vanilla Margarita, and the return of the much-loved Flower Power.
As night falls, keep the celebrations going with After Dark. Join us from 10pm, Thursday to Saturday, pre-order your drinks package when you book, and enjoy an unforgettable late-night atmosphere with table service.
