Very disappointed with the service . We booked boozy brunch 1.30pm to 3pm. There were 4 of us and out first pizza arrived at 2.55 pm . This was totally unacceptable. The manager moved us to another table and 2 pizzas arrived. Whilst we appreciated this it spoilt our day. The entertainment was amazing . Not sure if I would pay for a boozy brunch again .shouldn't be taking money from people if you can't provide services

Hey Tracy, Thanks so much for the feedback. We're really sorry the food took longer than it should've! We've passed this straight to the team to make sure service runs smoother next time. So glad you loved the entertainment though! Drop us a message at edinburgh@coyoteuglysaloon.com - we'd love to make it up to you!

I was at your new bar in Edinburgh on the 1/11/2025 for a brunch booked for 7 people at 3.30. This had been booked for a long time and all of my work colleagues were looking forward to it for someone's 40th birthday. We arrived to the bar at 3.25 and there was a massive queue outside . I checked with the bouncers if you had to wait despite the fact we had tickets booked and he stated we did . We then had to wait in this queue in the freezing cold for 20 mins . Our booking was only from 3.30 untill 5 and we didn't get in the door until 4pm . When he were took to our tables we expressed our frustration at the time we had to wait but the waitress/manager seemed very un interested. After this first interaction we asked at least five or six times to every waitress that went past if we could have our drinks , that we had paid a lot of money for. Eventually after another 20 mins we were given two bottles of prosecco to share amongst seven of us. We again had to ask for the food that was included in this deal , which was disappointing in itself because 1. We had to wait another 15 minutes for this 2. I have celiac disease and was informed the only food I could have was a burger , despite gluten free pizza being ordered when we booked the tickets . I do not eat a lot of meat but was forced to do so. As there was no other option for me , and I was starving after waiting so long. By the time we actually had our drink and food it was 4.30 which left us 30 mins to enjoy the night which was very disappointing. At exactly 5pm we were asked to vacate our seats to make way for the next table . We explained the above the issues but again the waitress was disinterested. We asked to speak to a manager , who was the girl that we had the first interaction with and after a lot of heated discussion she agreed to let us finish our drinks. I would like to express my frustration and my deep unhappiness at the situation yesterday ,, this was £42 per head to receive , poor service , two glasses of prosecco , food that I could not eat ,, and only 30 mins to enjoy the bar ,, then be treated like a criminal because we complained about it . I fully understand you have just opened this bar and also that it must be very busy . However it is a lot of money to pay for such a disappointing night .
