Step into The Alchemist's second venue in the Scottish capital, located on the iconic George Street. Combining theatrical cocktails, all-day dining and unforgettable experiences, this central destination brings our signature world of theatre served to Edinburgh.
Discover creative cocktails designed to surprise and delight, from the aromatic Pop Notch with its cherry gin base and flavoured fog bubble, to modern twists on timeless classics that showcase the creativity of our mixologists.
Pair the spectacle with an all-day dining menu served against a backdrop of lavish black and gold interiors. From sharing plates and signature dishes to indulgent desserts like the Chocolate Cookie S'mores, there's something for every occasion, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available.
Joining us at the weekend? Experience our reinvented Alchemist Bottomless Brunch. Choose First Light for £35 until 12:45pm, or Until Dusk for £39.50. Add +1 cocktail and a Cosmic Oyster shot for just £10 extra. Our Until Dusk package also includes our newest cocktail creations, including the Twister, Frozen Cherry Vanilla Margarita, and the return of the much-loved Flower Power.
