Description
Named after the Irish word for green, Glas is an all-new, vegetarian and vegan dining concept in the heart of Dublin’s city centre.
With a menu created by head chef Sam Moore, the restaurant attempts to serve its guests innovative meat-free dishes. Signature plates include king oyster mushroom scallops, spiced cauliflower ribs with sticky BBQ sauce and chickpea polenta fries with black garlic mayo.
