Description
The idea behind ASADOR is simple; the very best of Irish produce cooked in the most ancient of ways. The living, breathing heart of our open kitchen is our custom-made 1.2 tonne ‘Asador’.
Paying special attention to seasonality and sustainability, our chefs source only the finest ingredients and cook them over fires of oak, apple and lump wood charcoal.
Unwind over a cocktail, cold beer or glass of wine and watch the smoke and flames embrace your meal as our highly skilled chefs work the Asador.
