There's also vodka, cachaca or whiskey infusions like the New York Sour which Jameson Caskmates IPA with sugar, egg white, red wine and citrus for a modern take on the classic.

When it comes to food, brunch is available each weekend. There's staples like eggs benedict and avocado toasties, as well as, beef brisket with gruyere cheese and brioche bun cheeseburgers.
