Uisce (pronounced ish-ka) by Heaney's is the second venture for Great British Menu Chef Tommy Heaney, and sits next door to his first restaurant Heaney’s. The cafe and wine bar offers a laid-back and relaxed setting in which guests can tuck into breakfast and lunch in the daytime and sip on wine with charcuterie in the evenings.

Breakfast is a real star dish, with fresh handmade sausages and black pudding on offer alongside healthy granola and yoghurt. Meanwhile lunchtime offerings include homemade bagels and crumpets stuffed with meat that has been cured, cooked and smoked in-house alongside stews and soups. When the sun falls, the menu of light bites accompanies the wine bar feel as guests sip on an expertly-selected menu of old wines from carefully-chosen producers.
