The Botanist is a floral-focussed restaurant, set to open on Church Street, serving international inspired dishes, hosting live music and muddling fruity cocktails. Incorporating fauna and a simple decor, the brand have made a name on Instagram with features such as white washed walls, an abundance of plant life, and simple wooden chairs.
The menu caters for all diets, from vegan to meat-eater, as well as boasting signature hanging kebabs and puddings such as baked chocolate chip cookie dough. Cocktails are as delicious as they look; served in plant pots and with billows of dry ice, the drinks have a gin-heavy slant. Along with consuming them, you can also take part in a cocktail or gin tasting class - perfect for hen dos or birthday parties.
