Byron brings pure British burgers to St David’s Grand Arcade in Cardiff.

The venue prides itself on serving up ‘proper burgers’, using only British beef or chicken breast in all its dishes. Modelled on hearty American burgers, the patties are customised in simple ways, from the classic Byron topped with dry cure bacon, mature cheddar, lettuce, tomato and red onion, to the B-Rex, featuring an onion ring, streaky bacon, American cheese, jalapenos and onion. They also serve a variety of sides, salads and skinny burgers.

For drinks, Byron serve up good craft beer alongside their burgers, and have a wide variety on tap and in bottles, as well as several different bourbons and wines. There’s also a series of milkshakes on offer with the option of making them ‘hardshakes’ by adding a shot of bourbon, spiced rum or Baileys.
