Description
Vermut is a Spanish bar specialising in vermouth and sherry, making it the first of its kind in the UK. Proudly placed on Cardiff’s Guildhall Place, a stone's throw from its sister Curado, it takes inspiration from bars in Madrid and Barcelona.
The menu features a selection of wine on draught or bottled from producers across Spain, which also form the base of signature cocktails. A selection of tapas-style plates will be available to accompany, from cheese and cured meats to high-end tinned fish.
