The Botanist is a stunning restaurant situated within Mermaid Quay, filled with beautiful greenery, hanging ropes and rustic wooden furnishings. These guys have made a name for themselves up and down the country with their stylish interiors and equally appealing menus, and you'll often find live music here as well.

The menu caters for all diets, with an extensive selection of dishes to choose from. They're famous for their hanging kebabs, which range from piri piri chicken to crispy halloumi, though you can also get your hands on the likes of vegan katsu curry or mezze sharing boards. And whatever you do, don't miss out on the cookie dough for dessert.

Cocktails are as delicious as they look, and the drinks have a gin-heavy slant - from the poppy and pink gin punch to a cherry blossom martini. Along with sipping them, you can also take part in cocktail masterclasses - perfect for hen dos, birthday celebrations or team-building exercises.
