Hi, I'm Millie - a Mat Pilates Instructor with a difference! I am BASI qualified & I absolutely love what I do! BASI stands for Body Arts Science International which preserves the classical repertoire and the essence of Joseph Pilates' philosophy yet keeps up with the times by contemporary influence and scientific knowledge. I found Pilates by pure chance and instantly became hooked, never before had I found anything which totally transformed my body, mind & mental well-being like Pilates. Some people may presume that as Pilates is considered low-intensity exercise that you don't have to work hard, well I can assure you that isn't the case; you need a good dose of mental willpower in my classes. I encourage you to push through the burn and challenge your body as that's when the magic occurs! Stability is the foundation of everything in fitness and no muscle should go untouched. So whether you simply want to sweep away the clutter from our busy brains, build muscle, improve flexibility or correct posture, together we can start to reach those personal goals
