Open from Wednesday - Saturday, Flow is an extremely popular vegetarian restaurant that creates seasonal sharing plates. The intimate spot includes a restaurant, open kitchen and private hire space next fdoor.
The menu changes according to what is in season, with all dishes designed to share. Where possible, chefs use local ingredients such as vegetarian cheese, foraged goodies, and homegrown vegetables. The drinks menu is short and sweet with a few carefully selected beers and wines and seasonal cocktails.
