Description
Marmo is an Italian eatery and wine bar named after the Italian word for marble. Inspired by the country's way of preserving food in marble basins, the restaurant will serve a menu of authentic eats from a plethora of regions.
Handpicked ingredients from sustainable suppliers will be incorporated into fresh pasta, charcuterie and dessert dishes. Meanwhile, the wine menu consist of biodynamic and organic wines sourced from across Europe.
