What they say:
The brainchild of three chefs, Burger Theory is setting up its first permanent home in Bristol. Following a successful crowdfunding campaign, the bricks and mortar site will open this summer, with an outdoor courtyard, painted mural, blue walls and reclaimed furniture. The menu will promise the same crowd-pleasing favourites such as the Kimcheese which comes with a beef and bacon patty, melted cheddar, kimchi, pulled beef rib and black pepper glaze.
What we say:
First they conquered Cardiff with a residency at Kongs, and now Burger Theory are set to steal our Bristolian hearts as they open their first restaurant on St Stephen's Street. Using 100% Red Tractor, West Country beef, the company create delicious and creative burgers that use local cheeses and bread baked freshly in Bristol to ensure top quality. As well as a whole loads of meaty goodness, the new spot also cooks up a storm for vegetarians.
