Dela

Description

A short walk from Eastville Park, this Easton cafe and restaurant housed in a former factory is part of the Mivart Studios complex. Catering for local artists who utilise the many studio spaces in the building, it has maintained its factory feel with its bright, open space and high ceilings.

Dela began life as a series of pop-up suppers at Hart's Bakery in Temple Meads. Heavy on the seasonal produce and local providers, owners Mike Orme and Lara Lindsay were inspired by the Scandinavian approach to dining. Dela means 'to share' in Swedish, and the duo want to encourage communal eating so the evening menu is comprised of sharing boards and priced for 2 people.
