You may know it as Bristol's best nightlife spot, but Motion is also playing host to a fun summer of drum and bass-focused fitness sessions. HIIT THE FLOOR will see you working up a sweat as you follow your instructors through a number of moves that'll get your heart rate up to 160-180 BPM. It's a full-body class so bring trainers, comfy clothes and lots of water!
