Pata Negra Pop-Up Brings Authentic Tapas Menu And Spanish Wines Back to Bristol

Pata Negra Pop-up Restaurant Bristol | DesignMyNight

Sip some Spanish wine at Bristol's hottest new pop-up.

Much loved Bristol restaurant Pata Negra, which sadly closed in 2020, is back with a six week pop-up at sister restaurant Bambalan.

This Spanish venue, formerly a firm favourite with locals, will be running the kitchen for a limited time in late 2023 - and trust us, you won't want to miss out. Expect to see cocktails, authentic tapas and a selection of wines to pair with it, all sourced from Spain.

Pata Negra Bristol's menu has some truly mouthwatering dishes, such as jamón ibérico croquetas, patatas bravas dipped in aioli, sobrasada with a crispy soft boiled egg, manchego and honey, as well as a tapas sharing platter. The restaurant offers all-day dining alongside take-away bocadillos at lunchtime, so you can grab a traditional Spanish feast whenever you fancy.

The Pata Negra pop-up can be found at Bambalan, Colston Tower, BS1 4XE from Friday 13th October to Friday 24th November. Hungry for more? Take a look at our guide to Bristol's quirkiest restaurants and sign up to our upcoming newsletter.
