Their pigs in blankets are bathed in mulled wine cider and paired with a wholegrain mustard glaze. Sounds sublime. For mains, you can't go wrong with their signature Cosy Christmas Pie: a rich, golden pie packed with roast turkey, smoked ham hock, and all the trimmings.

Their festive feasting menu starts from £35 per person for lunch, or £39 each for dinner, and includes the likes of a ham hock Caesar salad to start, topped with parmesan shavings, followed by a traditional roast turkey, or braised beef, slow-cooked in the restaurant's signature black larger. Riverstation
