Edit combines a love of music with Asian small plates in Bristol.

Claiming to be Bristol's first audiophile bar, music is at the heart of Edit bar and they'll play an eclectic mix of music from their beautiful Klipsch heritage sound system. The focus, they say, is on the sound not the volume, bringing everything from ambient, jazz and electronica to funk, soul and world music. DJs play till midnight on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and until 1am on Friday and Saturdays.

The food menu is all about pan-Asian small plates, with a strong vegetarian section including mushroom & miso boa, wasabi mooli or green papaya salad, meanwhile the meat and fish options range from steamed lamb dumplings to fried tiger prawn with wasabi mayonnaise. As for drinks, they have an extensive sake selection, as well as great cocktails.
