Racks Bar and Kitchen

A well-loved spot for both Clifton locals and visitors to the area alike, Racks Bar and Kitchen is known for its unique decor and wine-cellar setting. The cosy bar regularly screens sporting events and hosts summer BBQs on its sunny outdoor terrace.

Lola Lo Bristol

One of Bristol's favourite late-night haunts, Lola Lo is regularly frequented by the city's student population along with those in search of a place to drink and dance the night away. Inspired by Polynesian culture, this tiki bar offers a huge menu of fruity concoctions as well as plenty of photo op moments, perfect for the 'gram.

Not too far from Clifton Suspension Bridge, Amoeba is a chilled spot for low-key cocktails. Decked out in comfy soft furnishings, twinkling candles and low-hanging pendant lights, its cosy atmosphere is the perfect spot for a romantic date night.

The Coronation Tap is world-famous for its unbeatable selection of cider, whether you like the good stuff on tap, fruit-infused, or out of a bottle, this place has got you covered. The team here also offer masterclasses and tasting sessions as well as an annual festival which celebrates all things apples.

Clifton's worst-kept secret, Her Majesty's Secret Service is a hush-hush cocktail bar serving up creative concoctions good enough for Queen Lizzy herself (apparently hers is a Dubonnet, but we won't judge if you stick to a mojito). Visit this MI-6 themed bar on a weekend for a buzzing atmosphere and experimental tipples.

Flipside Cocktail Club

This vintage-inspired cocktail club has dreamy interiors worthy of a picture-perfect Pinterest board. Settle into one of the dark and brooding nooks and get stuck into their extensive cocktail list. Your go-to not on the menu? No problem, one of the expert in-house mixologists will be happy to whip up whatever takes your fancy.

Dating back to the 17th Century, The Albion has a history that is intertwined with Clifton Village. Now a elegant and contemporary pub, the Grade II listed building offers the perfect spot to enjoy some proper pub nosh and huge range of real ales.

This family-friendly restaurant is best known for its high-quality Spanish tapas, but it also offers a huge range of drinks, inspired by the Mediterranean. From Gin Tonicas to a wide list of carefully curated wines, this spot is the perfect place for an early-evening aperitif.
