Bar Valentino is not immediately obvious; if you're thirsty enough, it's right before your eyes. Locate the somewhat nondescript sign and enter a wonderland of shabby chic and art deco. The cocktail offering is both extensive and well crafted; expect classics alongside Bar Valentino originals.

Bar Valentino really comes into its own on a sunny day; it's common knowledge that there is nothing better on earth than Brighton in the sunshine. Cue then, the Bar Valentino terrace. The view from the balcony is second to none and, although busy, offers a charming al fresco option. All the more reason to arrive early!
