Hopping aboard the burger trend that has swept the UK, Coggings & Co serves up a meaty sandwich that'll have you hungry carnivores crying out for more. Headed by Andrew Coggings, hotelier and gastro-pub owner, their unique focus is on sustainability: all produce is locally and responsibly sourced, whilst the dècor is environmentally friendly. Tables are crafted from recycled pine (provided by Brighton Woodstone), and eco-decorators Pure Decoration have given the interior a lick of eco-friendly paint.
Coggings has already taken Brighton's Seven Dials bar and restaurant scene by storm, putting his eco-friendly credentials to good use to deliver a simple menu of tasty treats. Expect beastly burgers and a delicious set of sides and desserts: nothing too complicated, simple works best.
