Meet the subterranean joint housed in an ex-tattoo studio. Steven Edwards has created Ink - a speakeasy cocktail bar situated underneath his flagship restaurant etch, on the corner of Hove Street and Church Road in Brighton & Hove. Taking its name from the venue's past, the minimalistic, contemporary design features intimate low lighting and dark walls which are the perfect backdrop for artist Ben Slow to showcase his creations. 

The menu at Ink offers new and original serves, as well as classics that can be prepared on request using local small-produced spirits.
