The famous members-only club Soho House is opening a new venue in Brighton, setting up shop on the iconic seafront. With a strict entrance policy and high membership fees, the club will unquestionably be Brighton's most exclusive site. 

This new seaside spot will, of course, be as glamorous and sleek as the other Soho Houses. The venue's idyllic rooftop and sun deck is unquestionably the pièce de résistance here and will come equipped with its own one-metre deep swimming pool. Better still, the vintage bar on the inside will offer members a variety of ice-cold drinks, including fine wines and freshly made cocktails. 

The illustrious brand has venues based all over the world - with houses in Chiswick, Shoredtich, Manhattan, Barcelona and Berlin - and regularly attracts famous faces like Johnny Depp, Hugh Grant, Madonna and Alexa Chung. The exclusive nature is central to the venue's success. To gain access, you have to first be invited by two different existing members, before paying a steep membership fee - prices start at £600 for anyone under the age of 27. Rumour has it that Kim Kardashian has been rejected a handful of times already; like we said, this place goes miles beyond the old 'no trainers' policy.
