From all the way down in Cornwall, Crowns' music has an influence from their Cornish roots, as they combine folk with rock to the same success as the likes of Frank Turner. These four lads have been making music since 2010 and their most recent album, 'Stitches In The Flag' has been lapped up by fans of the kind of folk that you frolic and romp about to. With clear influences from Mumford & Sons, Crowns create runaway rhythms with uplifting harmonies that create the perfect atmosphere for a damn good jig with a beer in your hand and a bounce in your step.
They are coming to The Rainbow Venues and playing The Courtyard, filling it with their unstoppable energy, gruff delivery and intermittent folksy 'Wooo!'s. The gig will set you back no more than a fiver, so gets some mates, grab a pint and throw your folk-loving self around that dancefloor with a hollah and a woop!
