• Your ticket provides entry only.
• Last Entry 3.00pm
• Please note we are not a traditional brunch. Massi's Yard Brunch® is a five-hour club/party.
• All food and drinks must be purchased separately. Massi’s
   Yard®  is not responsible for food or drink service. For menus, please
  visit the venue's website or send them a direct message for more
  information. Please note: Food availability varies by venue and may not
  be offered at all locations.

VENUE AND EVENT POLICIES

• Only food and beverages purchased inside the venue may be consumed during Massi’s Yard®. Outside food (cakes, sweets in party hen bags) or drinks—including any liquids in open containers—are not permitted.
• Seating is first-come, first-served. Once seats are taken, the event will be standing room only.
• Dress Code:
• • No tracksuits, sportswear, gym wear, or manbags.
  • Trainers are allowed. Casual wear is acceptable.
  • The following items are not permitted: football shirts, flip-flops, sliders, sweatshirts.
  • Effort is required at all times. No effort = no entry, even with an advance ticket.
• This is an 18+ event. Valid ID is required.
• Please be considerate of those around you and drink responsibly.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premises when necessary.

EVENT TERMS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Show Cancellations:
  If
   a show is cancelled, we shall not be liable for any costs, losses,
  damages, or expenses of any kind—including, but not limited to, travel
  costs or other out-of-pocket expenses—arising from the closure of part
  or all of Massi’s Yard® . Ticket refunds will, however, be issued.
• Wheelchair Access:
  Please email us or send a direct message via Facebook before purchasing tickets to confirm that the venue can accommodate your access needs.
• Concerns:
  If
   you are concerned about seasonal viruses, etc, please do not purchase
  tickets in advance. All ticket sales, add-ons, and products are final
  and non-refundable once purchased.
• Train/Tube/Bus Strikes:
  If
   you are concerned about potential train, bus or tube strikes, please do
   not purchase tickets in advance. All ticket sales, add-ons, and
  products are final and non-refundable once purchased.
• Ticket Information/Change In Venue/ Important Announcements:
  Please refresh or download your tickets via your ticket provider’s app the day before the event
   to ensure all details are current. If this is not done, we cannot
  accept responsibility should you arrive at the wrong venue following any
   updates.
• Event Announcements:
  We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive emails from third-party ticketing companies.
• Event Amendments:
  In response to ongoing changes in hospitality practices and government regulations, The Taste and Liquor® Group / Massi’s Yard®
   reserves the right to modify any event details at any time. This may
  include, but is not limited to, event times, seating arrangements,  or
  venues.

  This event will be filmed and photographed for marketing purposes. By attending, you agree that Massi’s
