- Restaurant Bar
One of the most unique restaurants in Birmingham, Carters of Moseley is a Michelin-starred eatery that's not short on style or substance.
Located in Moseley Village, the venue is comprised of a contemporary dining space and open kitchen where you'll see chef and owner Brad Carter whipping up some impressive bites. While menus may change on the daily, all dishes here are made using British ingredients and cutting edge techniques. Past plates have included grouse served with cherries and truffle, smoked duck with beetroot mole and wood ants, and potato smileys with caviar.
And to pair with your meal? The restaurant fronts a celebrated wine list comprised of organic and biodynamic bottles, and the friendly team are always more than happy to talk you through the best options. But if you're more into a hoppy option, there's an excellent collection of local craft beers to choose from.
